Brian:  Date night at Five Guys--so good!

Kathy:  Checking out cross country skiis for date night!  We're thinking we'll add this to our wish list for Santa!

Ty:  Getting excited for Thanksgiving in South Carolina!

Michelle:  A candid from Eliza.  I believe I was reading a book after being woken up from my nap.

Afton:  This is my favorite page from the Thankful Book I've been making at school.  This page says, "Today I am thankful for my parents."  My mom has poofy sleeves--though I'm not sure why she asked me to clarify that.

Eliza:  Every day I anxiously await Afton's return from school.  This afternoon she helped us have a picnic in the backyard.

Kathryn:  Another candid from Eliza.  I enjoy sitting on my mom's lap for some morning snuggles and girl talk.

Joshua:  I really enjoyed watching Cat in the Hat with Layla today!

Elizabeth:  I love experiencing new things with Layla.  We both loved watching the play today.

Layla:  I only see the thermometer when I'm sick.  I take full advantage of it and play with it all day.

Joseph:  It's getting pretty cold outside, so Jayna and I cuddled and ate brownies.

Brian: I took my picture on my birthday instead!  Getting my birthday cake at Freddy's. . . it's snowing!

Kathy:  My picture's also on the 20th!  I had someone take birthday candy bars into Dad's class!

Ty, who's in San Antonio:  At noon I took 12ish packages inside.  When I came back to the PIT Pad around 5, I saw this.  One more package came an hour later.  Also, I bought SEVEN tvs!  I felt ridiculous.

 


Michelle:  Eliza took a super flattering picture of me at the store today.




Afton:  I found my shadow during my soccer game.

Eliza:  Kathryn and I helped Mom look for marshmallows at the store today so she could satisfy a s'more craving.

Kathryn:  Mom tried to help me wake up from my nap by opening the curtains and blinds.  When she came back to check on me a minute later, she learned I'm smarter than she thought.  And then she let me sleep for another hour.

Josh:  Feeding the ducks with Layla!  There were four when we got there.  But by the time we left there were over 50!

Layla:I took a nap today, but I was still tired when I woke up.  And I love my blankie.

Joseph:  Talking to Jayna at work during my break!

Jayna:  Exhausted after a crazy day at work.

Dallin:  Courtney bought me a Broncos sweater as an early Christmas gift!

Courtney:  And I got him a Nuggets sweater, too!

Brian:  Relaxing after making Sunday dinner for everyone.

Kathy:  Reenacting what Eliza and I did during Sacrament Meeting.  She loved playing with the beads on my shirt . . . and sticking them in my ears!

Ty:  Sometimes at church I have to hold all of my wiggles in, but my wonderful sister and nephews helped me get them all out later. 

Michelle:  This is the only glimpse the camera got of me on the 17th.  We recorded a video for Taylor, who is in the hospital.  Eliza wanted to keep it entertaining.

 

Afton:  I put on a dance show with my sisters and cousin, Addie, today.

Eliza:  I wished all day I could ride in the wagon Uncle Josh and Aunt Elizabeth helped me and Afton build yesterday.  Aunt Jayna pushed us all around the basement.

Kathryn:  I fell asleep in the car on the way to Rigby this afternoon.

Josh:  Layla loves it when I throw her in the air.

Elizabeth:  Walking around the church after Stake Conference.

Layla:  Stopping at a bench for a second during our walk tonight.

Joseph:  I earned this 17th picture after beating Dallin in bumper pool!

Jayna:  Kathryn spent the day yelling "surprise" at me!  It never got old . . . sort of.

Dallin:  Look at the entertainment center Courtney and I purchased with some of our Target gift cards!

Courtney:  My first time wearing my Broncos shirt with Dallin!  Go Broncos!

Brian:  Back from vacation, getting caught up, and working on a high council talk.

Kathy:  Do you like my new glasses?!

Ty:  Enjoying a brief glimpse of the sun before my 4th flight of the day.

Michelle:  The one playground this exhausted pregnant lady will let her kids play in during this hot and humid Mississippi summer. 

Afton:  I like to pretend our backyard is a jungle and I'm an explorer.

 Eliza:  I have cute brown curly hair with a hint of blonde from being out in the sun for a lot of the summer.  

Kathryn:  I love pretending to be mom, even down to her usual outfit of late: pajamas.  But don't tell her I told you.  

Josh:  Layla still plays the piano with me, even with a broken arm.

Elizabeth:  After a hard morning at the doctor, we went and got donuts!

Layla:  I fell out of the shopping cart at Walmart a few days ago.  Mom and Dad were so worried about my head and back, they didn't notice that I had actually broken my arm.

Joseph:  I had an end-of-internship lunch with the actuaries I worked with.

Jayna:  Stocking up on TastyKakes because we leave PA tomorrow!

Dallin:  Driving back from Utah.  The next time I'm in Utah I'm getting married!

Courtney:  Dealing with lots of pretty flowers in preparation for the wedding!  Two weeks!
