The B Date . . . and More!

I haven't posted in a while.  With just Dad and I, we haven't taken many pictures . . . and I guess we're getting a little boring!

But our house is coming along, and we're getting excited!

The fireplace in the family room.

I think this is going to be my favorite part of the house--the bump out for the dining room.  There are windows all around and beautiful trees out back!

Last Monday, because Dad had the day off, we decided to try cross country skiing for the first time--and loved it!  We went skiing on the golf course by our house.

Because it was snowing, and Dad was sweating, his face was covered with ice by the time we got done!

That evening we got to go see Ty's cousin, Haley, and Ryan and Cooper, and their adorable new baby, Sayer.  They are such a cute little family!

Dad and I started our alphabet dating again--Idaho style!

We don't have any pictures of our A date.  But last week we went with an "Associate" of Dad's, and his wife, to "Applebees."

I was in charge of our B date.
We went down to Rigby and ate at "Bambinos."  Yum!  While we ate our dinner, we made a "Bucket" list.  Now we have lots of fun things to do!

Then we went to the Madison/Rigby "Boys" "Basketball" game.  It was packed!  It was fun to be back in a high school gym watching the sport we love.  It made Dad want to coach again.

After the game we went to Dairy Queen for a "Blizzard."  Yum again.

We had a "blast!"

The next night we went to watch the BYU International Folk Dancers.  On the way there, Dad said, "I bet all the young couples at this event are dating.  Once young couples are married, there is no reason for the men to go."  Pa, ha!  He was right!  We did ring checks with the couples all around us. For every married couple, there were at least 20 couples that were not!  But Dad was a good sport about going--and it was fun!

Welp, that's our week.  Thanks to Josh and Elizabeth for the self stick so we could take all these pictures!

Love you all!
