A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages

Saturday, January 22nd, 2022

Brian:  Just hanging out with my imaginary friend!

Kathy:  Getting our Day in the Life Chatbook set up for 2022!

Ty:  Kathy, how do my eyes look today?

Michelle:  Stay at home sick with Covid date night.  Our adventure book prompt was to make a comic strip of our love story and put all the text in Chinese.  Lucky for us, Ty already knows Chinese.

Afton:  Kids movie night while Mom and Dad are on a date downstairs.

Eliza:  Pancake glasses!

Kathryn:  I twisted my ankle (nowhere near the hoverboard--don't worry Grandma Kathy) and Dad (NOT MOM) helped me make crutches.

Calvin:  My favorite: ham, cheese, peanut butter, and Nutella.  No one believes me when I say it's delicious.

Josh:  Walking to the park to work out and play on a very windy Saturday!

Elizabeth:  Ellie helping me out with the massage gun.  I got some sore glutes from running.

Layla:  Helping put together the drawers for the table we just refinished.

Ellie:  Sometimes Dad puts us on store shelves when everyone needs to chill for a second.

Joseph:  We cheered on my niece cheerleader in her cheerleading competition.  Her team took second!

Jayna:  Mom win.  They think I'm super fun, and I get to lay down for awhile.

William:  Climbing into the blanket basket is my favorite pastime.  It's not always this graceful, though.

Nora:  I love watching football!

Dallin:  Walking to pick up dinner!

Courtney:  This is your sign to add magic shell to your grocery list.

Benson:  Month four in the onesie!

A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages

Tuesday, December 21st, 2021

Brian:  It's that time of year!  Getting the snowblower ready!

Kathy:  I'm excited and ready for all the little people to get here!

Ty:  What I look like when Michelle asks if I've taken a picture yet.

Michelle:  The worst part of every project is SANDING!

Afton:  My mom was slow to get up this morning, so I made breakfast.

Eliza:  It was my turn to ring and run for doing the 12 days of Christmas for some friends.

Kathryn:  We made gingerbread cookies last night, and Mom let me have one with breakfast this morning!

Calvin:  My sweet tooth doesn't discriminate against sugar that's been hanging on the Christmas tree since possibly before I was born.

Josh:  Elizabeth and I put some hooks in our entry wall closet!

Elizabeth:  Layla and I did a fun little project today.

Layla:  Today I painted my wall.  I did most of it all by myself, and I am so proud of it!

Ellie:  I love cheese pizza!  But I don't like touching it.

Joseph:  One of my favorite parts of my day is when Nora wrestles me and plays with my hoodie drawstring.

Jayna:  I made one of our favorite dinners tonight.

William:  I love pasta.

Nora:  How big is Nora?  Soooo big!

Dallin:  It has been a long time since being here!  The Bountiful Temple is beautiful!

Courtney:  I'm so glad my time in Utah overlapped with my good friend, Harmony, before she flew home!

Benson:  I'm a little confused about everything going on, but I sure do look cute!

A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages

Sunday, November 21st, 2021

Brian:  Taking a little nap after a long stake conference weekend.

Kathy:  Enjoying some "old people candy" after both Dad and I talked in stake conference.

Ty:  Darren came to help us out for awhile yesterday.

Michelle:  We got together with some friends from our time in Mississippi.

Afton:  It was fun playing with some old friends from Mississippi.

Eliza:  I like fish.

Kathryn:  When we lived in Mississippi, these girls and I were just toddlers.

Calvin:  No one can punch me when I have my Captain America shield.

Josh:  Enjoying the fire!  Guess how many marshmallows are in Ellie's mouth?

Elizabeth:  Enjoying scotcharoos on a Sunday night.

Layla:  Just climbing trees barefoot in the dark!

Ellie:  Chillin' with Mom after church waiting for choir to be over.

Joseph:  Although it's no fun to be all sick, it's been heaven cuddling the babies this weekend.

Jayna:  Starting Thanksgiving week off strong with some pumpkin bread!  If I look exhausted, it's because I am.  Our whole little family has been sick this week.

William:  "I know you guys can see me!  Come get me out of my crib!"

Nora:  I'm not letting William get away with the toy that I want!

Dallin:  Salmon Sunday!  Marx always thinks he is going to get some.

Courtney:  My friend Kelly and I threw a successful friendsgiving yesterday!  It was a blast!

Benson:  Dad make a joke in Sunday School, so I woke up and cried after the punchline.  So I just read my book after that.
