Saturday, February 24th, 2024

Brian:  Watching BYU lose.

Kathy:  Not feeling well the past couple days--

but enjoying just sitting on the couch working on reunion stuff!

Ty:  I'm Lou DeVille.  I own the trailer park.  Been in my family for 5 generations.  I do not condone any illegal activity on the premises.

Michelle:  I'm Sugar Plum.  I moved into my daddy's trailer when he went to jail.  I'm just doing what I can to make ends meet while trying to convince my boyfriend's mama that I'm good for her son.

Afton:  I got to help design Mom's outfit at Goodwill.

Eliza:  I had a fun first basketball season!

Kathryn:  I made a voting box for Mom and Dad's party.

Calvin:  My music note game.  You choose a number.  The numbers are through one and six.  The first time you choose it, how many dots are there not including the period is how many points you get.  And if you choose a second number, then go to the number right after your score until the dots right before the period.  And there are two people on each team.  And each person on the team has to have two turns.  And this is a week game or a month game or a year game or a holiday game.  And the winner gets a paper trophy and it's on a book.

Josh:  Sucking our thumbs.

Elizabeth:  My Mom and Ben came to my High Fitness class this morning!

Layla:  Park date with some of my friends today.

Ellie:  I got some special snuggles with Cooper this morning.

Carter:  I'm really starting to enjoy chewing on stuff.

Cooper:  I like this monkey.

Joseph:  Today was tax day for me, it's almost always a good time.

Jayna:  Quick dinner date at the McDonalds drive thru between stake conference sessions!

William:  Thanks for the endless hours of fun, Red Robin!

Nora:  Pumping iron!

Dallin:  Analyzing some data in the lab.

Courtney:  Chocolate hummus and pretzels after a long day!

Benson:  The third snow of the winter!

Sarah Jane:  I've been obsessed with my tongue this week!

Brian:  Temple night!

Kathy:  I went to a high school girls basketball game to watch my friend, Heidi's, daughter play.

Ty:  3.5 hours later, and we are finished building 2 sets of triple bunk beds!

Michelle:  Another day, another project.

Afton:  Enjoying a seafood boil date with Dad.  

We ate so much crab, shrimp, mussels, and lobster, but my favorite was still the potatoes!

Eliza:  Panda Express for dinner because we were short on time.

Kathryn:  Panda Express for dinner because we were short on time.

Calvin:  Explaining to Mom that I want to be done socializing for the week.

Too much peopling.

Josh:  Playtime with my boys!

Elizabeth:  Nothing like a late-night T Swift craft for spirit week to make your daughter happy.

Layla:  Today was crazy hair day!

Ellie: Crazy hair day today!  And counting out all my mini PB M&Ms for my hundredth day of school tomorrow!

Carter:  It's not a competition, but I'm better at tummy time.

Cooper:  Helping my mom get Ellie's T Swift costume ready.

Joseph:  Making a workbench, so I can do more work.

Jayna:  I painted my Book of Mormon at our Young Women's activity tonight.

William:  I got to do two of my favorite things today.  I got to go to music class and then go to McDonalds with some friends.

Nora:  I had so much fun playing with my friend, Emmy!

Dallin:  Relaxing at night while watching basketball!

Courtney:  Went and saw Mean Girls with some friends!

Benson:  Showing my friend Royce around the library.

Sarah Jane:  Just breathe through the chaos.

Brian:  Snuggling twins in Utah!

Kathy:  Snuggling twins in California!

Ty:  Frosting cinnamon rolls is serious business.

Michelle:  I got to go to the temple this morning with Ty.  

Happy birthday Grandpa Applegate and Joseph Smith!

Afton:  While Mom was grabbing a few things in Walmart, 

I decided to put away some stray carts.

Eliza:  Climbing a big oak tree in the Walmart parking lot 

while Mom grabbed a few things inside.

Kathryn:  Ditto.

Calvin:  Helping make cinnamon rolls to deliver to friends and neighbors.

Josh:  Reading a bedtime story to all FOUR of my kids!

Elizabeth:  I'm still shocked there's two of them.

Layla:  Uncle Ben wrapped our presents in a huge box!

We loved unwrapping it!

Ellie:  Paaaaaaa!

Carter:  Cooper and I discovered the fan!

Cooper:  Snuggling Pa before he leaves.

Joseph:  Is Christmas here yet?!

Jayna:  Celebrating Grandpa Applegate's birthday with hamburgers and root beer freezes!

William:  I'm going to be the cutest shepherd in the Applegate nativity tomorrow night.

Nora:  Since I learned how to climb out of my crib, 

I enjoy bringing things into my bed in the morning.  

Today I'm reading books.

Dallin:  Out on a family walk!

Courtney:  Decorating cookies with Benson!

Benson:  I love running with Dad at the church!

Sarah Jane:  Santa's little helper.

Marx:  Something has to fall off.
