Tuesday, September 18th, 2018

Brian:  Preparing my high council sacrament meeting talk for Sunday.

Kathy:  During 2018 we have been taking the sisters in our ward out for ice cream at Dairy Queen for their birthdays.  Tonight I had ice cream with Phyllis Jones, Vicki Grover, Sandy Perkins, and Sindy Jensen.

Ty:  Kathryn hit her head on the ceiling.

Michelle:  Getting ready for Eliza's royal birthday party!

Afton:  I hurt my foot, so I made a paper towel and tape case and hopped around on my other foot. (Michelle side note: I have a feeling I am going to be mocked for this more than Afton is.)

Eliza:  Making French bread with Dad.

Kathryn:  I like dancing or exercising or stretching with one of my best friends, Aaliyah. 

Calvin:  I love standing up using a chair for support. I also love eating cereal. 

Josh:  My super strong arms holding up Layla to pick an apple.

Elizabeth:  Just modeling my baby bump by the pond.

Layla:  I wanna be naked for a little bit just like Tarzan.

Joseph:  Excited about buying BYU basketball season tickets.  We can't wait for basketball season to start!

Jayna:  I'm back to the scrubs life.

Dallin:  Getting back into school and work!

Courtney:  Just working on editing some pictures from a family session last week!

Brian:  Chilling after a fun day!

Kathy:  Going for a ride—Payne style!

Ty:  Just me and lots of empty rooms.

Michelle: Teaching Calvin about the good sports.

Afton: I even look cute up high!

Eliza:  Just climbing a tree with my second cousin, Addie!

Kathryn:  Riding the carousel with my sisters . . . and Dallin.

Calvin:  I gave Mom a one-minute break from holding my bottle.

Josh:  Watching Layla chow down on a peach.

Elizabeth: We had such a fun time at the peach festival today!

Layla:  Best window washing service around!

Joseph:  Playing a nice and easy round of Around the World.

Jayna:  Just hanging out with Calvin!

Dallin:  Playing spike ball at the park.

Courtney:  Babysitting Eliza’s pet ladybug at the park.

Brian:  Had fun golfing with Josh and Dallin tonight.

Kathy:  Reading bedtime stories to Layla.

Ty:  Spending a few minutes with Calvin at the end of the day.

Michelle:  We are all pretty excited about our new visual schedule.  I'm a little less excited about how we never got to the fun parts because the not-so-fun parts garnered very little cooperation.

Afton:  Just enjoying the delicious spaghetti and meat sauce I made everyone for dinner.

Eliza:  Shake face picture!

Kathryn:  Shake face picture!

Calvin:  I had sweet potatoes in my mouth for a few moments.

Josh:  I nailed my putt!

Elizabeth:  Enjoying some sunshine with my girl!

Layla:  I love swinging!

Joseph:  Jayna and I went to the pool today because it was so stinkin' hot!

Jayna:  I'm working on refinishing an old table we found on KSL.  It's almost done!

Dallin:  Enjoying a smoothie after golf.

Courtney:  I've been working on this all semester and finally finished today!  Woohoo!!

Brian: When I get home from work Layla wants to play "giddy-up!"

 

Kathy:  I got my sling off today!

Ty:  I taught the girls how to leg wrestle tonight.

Michelle:  Super flattering picture of me leg wrestling Afton.

Afton:  My mom says Eliza and I can't get things off the shelf in the closet.  Challenge accepted.

Eliza:  Just finding Waldo.

Kathryn:  I loved bearing testimony during Family Night.  In fact, I did it three times.

Calvin:  I get really excited watching the Roomba.

Josh:  Fixing the light with my assistants.

Elizabeth:  Excuse the tired, sick eyes.  I really enjoyed my birthday eve cupcake today!

 

Layla:  I love pineapple.  I keep telling Dad to give it to me, not the bowl.

Joseph:  I've been working full-time at SelectHealth for about a month now.  This is where the magic happens! 

Jayna:  I met Joseph for lunch at Costa Vida!

Dallin:  Collecting surveys in the Smith Building for my stats class.

Courtney:  I've been crafting lately.  Today I went to the park to find a big stick to make this!  We're going to print pictures and put them on there.
