A Day in the Life of the Pages
Monday, April 17th, 2017

Brian:  First day of classes for Spring semester.  It was a full day of classes, as I am teaching on the block!  Allan Hawkes is in one of my senior classes.

Kathy:  Shhhhh!  I'm working on a surprise project for our family!

Ty:  Afton gave me this picture of Little Critter's family.

Michelle:  My incredible husband gave me some delightful kid-free time today so I could go on a refreshing run down by the airfield this morning.

Afton:  Our next door neighbor's dad made him a pedal bike airplane, and I got to test drive it!

Eliza:  Our family is working on being more grateful.  Today I drew some pictures of things I am grateful for, and tried to remember to say thank you a lot.

Kathryn:  Mrs. Potato Head.

Josh:  Playing with Layla and her parachute that she got for her birthday!

Elizabeth:  Layla had her 12-month checkup today, and I'm so glad she's healthy!

Layla:  I love fish!

Joseph:  Putting in a solid 8 hours of work!

Jayna:  I decided to try this new charcoal powder toothpaste to whiten my teeth!

Dallin:  Haircut day.

A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages
Friday, March 17th, 2017

Brian:  While I was running errands around Provo, I stopped and saw Jayna at her work.

Kathy:  While Dad was in Utah, I went to the temple and worked on my quilt.

Ty:  When I've had a long day, hope is 8:00 p.m.

Michelle:  I spent all morning making dinner roll dough and five different kinds of cookie dough for people to sample for a Young Women's fundraiser.

Afton:  I think running away will solve all my problems.

Eliza:  I am trying to convince Afton over lunch that she doesn't want to live in the backyard forever.

Kathryn:  Hope is thinking all five of us will sleep well in the same house tonight.  (Editor's note:  Kathryn is the only one that didn't get up in the night.)

Josh:  Today I presented at a Health Science Colloquium on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

Elizabeth:  I made a rainbow of fruit as part of our St. Patricks Day dinner.

Layla:  I taught myself how to close doors and climb in cabinets.

Joseph:  Enjoying my day off with March Madness!

Jayna:  We all went to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Page.

Dallin:  I got to hang out in the Google building at Salt Lake City.

A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages
Friday, February 17th, 2017

Brian:  Listening to the Madison Girls State Basketball game.

Kathy:  The Relief Society sisters in our ward helped tie blankets for the Ivie girls.  The blocks were made from some of their mother's favorite clothes.

Ty:  Sword and pillow fight to the tune of "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan.

Michelle:  My first attempt at making a small batch of fruit leather.  Mostly successful.

Afton:  Pre-bed dance party.  My silliest dance move.

Eliza:  Mom and I didn't feel well today, so we got to watch a movie.

Kathryn:  Mmmm.  Chicken pot pie.

Josh:  Hanging out with Layla!

Elizabeth:  Driving with Layla in the rain!

Layla:  Playing at the library!

Joseph:  I spent an hour in front of this painting for a school project.

Jayna:  We got dinner at Molly's for date night.

Dallin:  Playing volleyball at the I-Center.

January - A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life of the Pages
January 17th, 2017

Brian:  My first post-surgery basketball game!

Kathy:  I'm enjoying a quilting retreat that was put on by a few ladies in our ward.  Here I'm making quilted tree ornaments.

Ty:  Happiness is a reminder of the prank your 4 year old daughter plays on you while you were "asleep."

Michelle:  Ty gave me a "veggetti" for Christmas. It makes me happy.

Afton:  I love my sister. I had the idea to make Eliza a heart for my one-on-one time with Mom today to make her happy. Then she wanted to make me one too!

Eliza:  Kathryn and I were in cahoots at dinner.  Kathryn kept saying her new word, "poot" (poop) which made me laugh hysterically.  It made me happy!

Kathryn:  Eliza and I were in cahoots at dinner. I found happiness in making Eliza laugh while I repeatedly said the word "poot" (poop)!

Josh:  Chasing Layla when she crawls!  It's her new favorite game.

Elizabeth:  When you're sick and you still have a baby to take care of you let them do whatever they want, including playing in dirty laundry.

Layla:  Don't be fooled.  I'm just chewing on it.

Joseph:  Still on the search for an internship!

Jayna:  Enjoying a cup of chocolate milk after my workout.

Dallin:  I went to the temple today.
